Pro Mod San Dimas 2H FR: comprehensive functionality

This Pro Mod guitar has a few clever tricks up its sleeve, allowing for a more diverse sound palette. The tone knob, for instance, features a No-Load potentiometer that functions as a regular tone control in positions 1-9, but transmits the uncut signal in position 10, ensuring maximum output. The volume knob has a push/pull potentiometer that effectively turns your humbuckers into single-coils. In combination with the 3-way blade switch, that means you have a wide range of different tones to experiment with.

Charvel: the original hot rod guitar

In 1974, Wayne Charvel opened up his own guitar repair shop. When Asian companies started to imitate his products, however, he decided to build his own guitars. Charvel guitars usually feature an ST-style body with a humbucker and a tremolo; these so-called Superstrats are incredibly popular among rock and metal fans. Today, Charvel is still known for their remarkable finishes, quick maple necks and other innovations. Since the company was taken over by the Fender Musical Instruments Corporation, it offers models in various price ranges.
