The Matthew Bellamy Signature guitar is just about as popular as Muse. To give fans of this model more choice, Cort introduce the MBC-1 RS Matthew Bellamy Signature model in stunning Red Sparkle. Even the headstock features this finish to complete the chic look. The MBC-1 has been designed in collaboration with the renowned Manson Guitar Works to produce an instrument that matches Bellamy's requirements fully. The basswood body produces a unique, somewhat airy sound, while the maple neck adds brightness, and the rosewood fretboard a touch of warmth.

Features of the Cort MBC-1 RS Matthew Bellamy

As already mentioned, this guitar has been designed in collaboration with Manson Guitar Works, so it's no surprise that Manson pickups are fitted. The humbucker in the bridge position delivers a full sound and the single-coil at the neck some classic brightness. With a TOM bridge and locking machine heads, the MBC-1 has excellent tuning stability too. There's also a kill button on board that lets you cut the signal, allowing you to create some interesting sound effects. Whether you're a fan of Muse or not, the Cort MBC-1 RS Matthew Bellamy Red Sparkle is a reliable, well-designed guitar with a great sound.
