In 1961, Gibson dropped a striking edition of their Les Paul - a model that was quickly dubbed the SG. With the help of the Custom Shop, Epiphone now drop their own edition of the very first SG: the Epiphone 1961 Les Paul SG Standard. The body echoes the original 1961 model exactly, while the SlimTaper, C-profile neck has an agile feel in the fret-hand and the signature horns ensure smooth fret access. Mounted with a Burstbucker III pickup at the bridge, a Burstbucker II pickup at the neck, and armed with CTS pots, Mallory capacitors, and a Switchcraft jack output, this ode to a classic delivers PAF-style character while bearing the modern accuracy and stability of a GraphTech nut and a LockTone bridge and tailpiece. The Epiphone 1961 Les Paul SG comes complete with a matching vintage hardshell case.

Superbe guitare rien à envier à son modèle Gibson.
Gros son,avec un Marshall on pourrait se prendre pour Angus Young.

J'adore et pourtant j'ai déjà 3 Gisons.
Pour couronner le tout, le colis est arrivé 3 jours plus tôt.

Prachtige gitaar en zeker voor het geld!
Uiteindelijk toch geretourneerd en toen....
Nog steeds geen geld terug van Bax! Wacht al meer dan 6 weken!
Bax krijgt dus 1 ster....

Deze 1961 reissue met echte Gibson pickups is de meerprijs meer dan waard. Deze gitaar heeft daarnaast veel te bieden zoals betere hardware, 2 piece body, one piece neck, prachtige zijdeglans afwerking en een vintage koffer. Zoals de LP 59 standard de beste Epi LP is die je kunt kopen, zo is dit de beste Epi SG. Precies de pittige tonen die je uit een SG wilt halen. Top gitaar, Aanrader!
