General

The ESP E-II ECLIPSE is the ultimate single-cut guitar for the modern metal guitarist. It has everything it needs to be a true workhorse, both in the studio and on stage. It also leaves nothing to be desired in terms of its looks. The two active EMG elements provide the basis of its sound. The EMG 57TW and EMG TW, each with their own voicing to suit the bridge and neck positions respectively. Both feature, via their separate volume knobs, a switchable coil-split option. So together with the tone control, a huge spectrum of tones is at your disposal.

Ultimate quality.

With quality hardware, such as locking tuners and bridge from the renowned Gotoh, you will never have tuning or intonation problems. The frets are made of stainless steel. Because this is much harder than the nickel steel usually used for frets, they are much more resistant to wear, even in extreme playing styles, and contribute to the E-II ECLIPSE's brilliant sustain and resonance. It comes standard with ESP's own strap locks. The silky black finish and dark ebony fingerboard, make this guitar as visually appealing as it sounds.
