The LTD SC-607B BLK is a black baritone model metal guitar with seven strings, designed in collaboration with Deftones guitarist Stephen Carpenter. Carpenter understood the need for a high-quality body of deep-sounding alder, a sustain-enhancing neck-through-body construction as well as two amazing, ultra-tight EMG 81-7 pickups. Thanks to the extra long neck (27-inch scale length) the strings are pleasantly tight as well.

SC-607B: sound and comfort

It isn't just the neck-through-body construction of the LTD SC607B that's responsible for more attack and lengthier sustain, the Tonepros strings-through-body bridge also plays an important part in the excellent tonal transference. Additionally, the locking machine heads ensure an instrument with great tuning stability. What's more, the slender neck, arched body and two octaves of extra-large frets (for smooth string bends) make this an exceptionally comfortable instrument to play.
