ESP LTD presents the TE-401 Dark Brown Sunburst and it's safe to say this TE-shaped solid-body features several striking characteristics. For starters, the flamed maple top looks absolutely stunning under the dark brown layer of transparent lacquer, complemented by black hardware and electronics. The TE-401 has a thin, U-profile neck and 24 extra jumbo frets to accommodate fast playing styles.

TE-401: EMG 81 and 60

The TE-4011FM Dark Brown Sunburst is equipped with a set of active EMG pickups that are especially engineered for heavy-duty rock and metal. They offer a balanced, transparent sound with the EMG 81 humbucker at the bridge delivering a tighter tone and the EMG 60 in the neck position adding some warmth on top.
