Fazley Classic Series FST118 Blue Electric Guitar
My blue FST electric guitar took a day or two longer to arrive but well worth the wait.
The gorgeous blue lacquer is probably the best finish I've ever seen on this iconic style instrument.
With the white scratchplate and accoutrements it really zings in the looks department.
Playability and sonics are equally impressive.
Playable out of the box with 0.9 gauge strings it will benefit from a bit of fettling to personal taste.
A little judicious shaving of the nut slots and tweak of the odd bridge saddle will yield benefits.
The pickups have a nice clear vintage type sound which I like.
One or two minor issues of finish like a roughness on the nut can addressed with some light sanding.
Also, I particularly like the balance, weight and feel of this guitar.
All in all, for the extreme budget friendly price this a pretty close to a giant killer.
