Fazley FTL218SB Electric Guitar (Sunburst)
I bought this model recently and I'm really impressed with it. The frets have no sharp bits, the neck feels beautifully smooth, the controls/jack feel nice and robust and it plays really nicely. I was expecting the strings to be awful, but they're really not bad at all! I tuned it and two days later it's still in tune.
There are a few small imperfections in the finish. If I had just bought a Gibson or Fender it would be unacceptable, but for £50 for a brand new guitar, I think it's absolutely remarkable. If you were to buy a second hand guitar for the same money, you'd expect a few blemishes. The sunburst effect is simply beautiful.
The guitar has a really nice weight to it. It doesn't feel like it's been made with balsa wood.
I find it incredible that Bax can make a really good quality guitar for such a low amount of money. I have played a lot of guitars and this really is as good as ones costing umpteen times the price. If the name on the headstock doesn't bother you, don't spend more than you need to. Honestly, this guitar is every bit as good as anything else on the market which doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Look at the many YouTube reviewers saying the same thing if you don't believe me!
