You'll find the re-release of the much-loved '70s CuNiFe humbucker sitting proudly at the neck of this solid-body. The prodigal return of this Wide Range, double-wound pickup, gives this Tele that much sought after sound at a much easier going price than the vintage, 50-year-old examples available. At the bridge, a cheeky Tim Shaw-designed single-coil is mounted to complete the overall sound.

The American Original 70s Telecaster Custom: Vintage Styling and Broad Tele-Tone

To draw the absolute maximum amount of potential out of these pickups, you naturally get a 3-way switch as well as dedicated tone and volume potentiometers per pickup, so you can pull much more out of this guitar than just a classic Keith Richards growl.
