With the new American Professional II Series, Fender present their latest collection of pro-grade Stratocasters packed with all the trusty features you've come to depend on, as well as a number of welcome upgrades. While the modern Deep-C neck profile has remained unchanged, it's the freshly rounded fretboard edges and special Super-Natural finish that push the already-astronomical playability even further. Slide down to the cutaway, and you'll instantly notice how smooth it feels, since Fender have even rounded off the heel at the pocket and fully secured the asymmetrical neck plate with four screws.

The American Pro II Strat: V-Mod II Single-Coils with Push-Push Function

When it comes to that iconically robust yet famously focused amplified Alnico sound of American Pro Strats, Fender obviously haven't overdone it with the tweaking. What they have done, though, is mount the body with three upgraded V-Mod II single-coil pickups with renewed windings. Along with this subtle sonic boost comes expanded functionality in the form of a push-push control under the volume pot, which lets you combine the single-coil sounds of the bridge and neck pickups. Other novelties of the American Professional II worth mentioning are the cold-rolled steel tremolo block and brand-new string tree.

misschien wel de beste gitaar voor mij. Vele gitaren gehad Jes Pauls,SG,ibanez,telecaster etc...
Altijd wel verliefd geweest op het stratocaster geluid. Vorige jaar exact deze gitaar gekocht maar wat een alleskunner is dit! voor mij is de gitaar compleet. De feel en sound is voor mij perfect. ik zeg alleskunner maar dat geld ook meer persoonlijk. Ik speel zelf veel blues,country en wat rock en wat mij betreft is deze gitaar ongeevenaard in deze stylen.De hals ligt erg goed in mn hand en de coating voelt heel natuurlijk. De push button creeert in mijn ogen een soort van telecaster geluid als je meer speelt op het brug element.
als je van Hendrix,Clapton ef John mayer achtige sounds houdt is dit echt de gitaar.
De afwerking en kwaliteit van de gitaar is erg goed....jaren een telecaster deluxe gehad maar vond de gitaar slordig in elkaar gezet was en een matige afwerking.
