General

This Jaguar is part of Fender's attractively-priced Player series, made in their Mexican factory in Ensenada. The Fender Player Jaguar is mounted with an Alnico 3 humbucker at the bridge and an Alnico 2 single-coil pickup in the neck position, giving you a wide range of classic tones. The humbucker delivers a full sound with tight bass, a lightly scooped midrange and just the right amount of treble. The single-coil, on the other hand, gives you a bright sound with warm bass and rich mids. This combination is ideal for styles including surf, alternative rock and pop and only confirms this guitar's versatility.

Player Jaguar PF: optimal playing comfort

The maple neck has a 24-inch scale length, modern C profile and satin-gloss finish which only raises this Jaguar's level of playing comfort. The same can be said for the pau ferro fretboard that has a familiar feeling 9.5-inch radius and 22 medium jumbo frets. The satin finish on the neck makes sure that sliding along the neck of this Fender Player Jaguar will only ever feel comfortable.
