General

The Fender Standard Stratocaster HSH is one of the most versatile models in the range. It's similar to the HH Strat but is equipped with an additional single-coil pickup in the mid position. That means you get a crystal-clear clean sound as well as powerful rock and metal sounds provided by the two Blacktop humbuckers. In short, it's the perfect Strat for guitarists who need a wide range of tones.

Standard Stratocaster HSH

The two humbuckers give this guitar more muscle than a traditional Strat and yet this solid-body is capable of producing more subtle sounds too. That's not just down to the single-coil pickup but also the push/pull knob that makes it possible to split the humbuckers giving you the perfect sound for warm lead tones with classic Strat characteristics.

Modern playing comfort

Playing comfort is assured thanks to the maple neck that has a modern C profile. The fretboard is made of pau ferro and has a relatively rounded 9.5-inch radius which makes it easier to press down the strings making chords and solos a snap to play. The narrow 42-mm string nut feels instantly familiar while the satin-gloss finish on the back of the neck is smooth and fast.
