The Honey Burst coated LP that Slash affectionately dubs 'Jessica' hasn't left his hands since the late eighties, when Gibson famously sent him the 1988 factory-second model alongside another of his stage-regulars. Just like the original, the Jessica Les Paul features the much-loved feel of a '50s Vintage neck profile - the same profile that all of Slash's guitars feature. This, combined with the classic 12 inch fretboard radius and set of twenty-two medium frets give this signature model its immediately cozy feel and light and easy playability.

This Artist Collection LP comes with a set of pre-installed, Slash selected Ernie Ball strings, and when it comes to tuning and intonation, the Jessica comes set up with the stable support of an ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge and Stop Bar tailpiece. In terms of sound, medium-gain, Alnico II humbucker tone is laid on thick by a pair of Custom Burstbuckers - otherwise known as SlashBuckers - and besides a hardshell case and complete Gibson Accessory Kit, this certified axe comes including a Slash plectrum pack, a leather strap, multi-tool and a standard black truss rod cover.
