The JEM Junior is an affordable Steve Vai signature guitar that's proved to be very popular. That's why Ibanez is now offering this great solid-body JEMJRSP model that comes in different colours. It has a double-locking tremolo with a Lion's Claw recess for extreme whammy bar adventures! There's also a handy Monkey Grip built into the upper part of the body. This model has a pleasing pink finish with a contrasting black pickguard.

The mahogany body, maple neck and rosewood fretboard combine to produce a warm sound with a lightly-rounded punch that is delivered to an amplifier by three Ibanez Infinity pickups. In the bridge position, there's an Alnico 5 INF2 humbucker that emphasises the mid tones and makes each string stand out as well as picking up all the dynamics whether you're playing solos or chords. The ceramic INF1 humbucker in the neck position gives you a creamy sound with just the right amount of brightness. In between the humbuckers, there's an Alnico 5 INFS1 single-coil pickup. It's designed to work perfectly with the humbuckers when the 5-way pickup switch is in position two or four. All this gives you a rich sound palette to play with.
