I can't believe Ibanez didn't save this finish for a higher tier guitar, but hey, lucky for me as I needed a simple hard tail bridge, HH configuration RG with a maple fretboard. The HH Ibanez quantum pickups are pretty good for high gain tones but also very nice and articulate enough for clean tones. Overall a good purchase for sure. If you're not crazy about the finish, I would also look at RGRT421 as that's a very similar guitar with the same pickups but with Mahogany body and neck through construction, which for this price range is pretty crazy.
