General
The SIX6FDFM is a solid-body electric guitar from the Ibanez Iron Label series. This model has a Blue Space Burst finish that is perfect for modern rock and metal guitarists. The body is made of mahogany with a flamed maple top, and the bolt-on neck is made of 3-piece maple and bubinga with an ebony fretboard. This combination of wood types produce a sound that is warm overall, with a touch of tightness and brightness.
SIX6FDFM: DiMarzio Fusion Edge & Coil Tap
This modern day version of the Ibanez Sabre is equipped with two passive, ceramic humbuckers by DiMarzio, Fusion Edge neck and bridge models. These were specially developed for the Iron Label series to deliver a bright, powerful and dynamically rich sound to your amplifier. The two humbuckers are matched to each other to provide smooth transitions in output and sound. The humbuckers can even function as single-coil pickups thanks to the coil-tap switch. All in all, the SIX6FDFM-BCB has everything today's progressive, modern guitarists need.
