General

With the American Series, we get to the next chapter in the Jackson Guitars legend. The Soloist SL3six-string is the first ever model to emerge from the Jackson California workshop in Corona. The humble goal here is to set the new standard when it comes to high-spec, high-performance guitars built to light up the playing of guitarists worldwide. Jackson have been serving up hard-rock and metal-focussed models since 1980, and with the Soloist SL3 they've basically crammed forty years of experience into one future-thinking solid body. Jackson Foam Core Case included.

The Jackson American Series SL3: Versatile Seymour Duncan Pickups

This American Series edition of the Soloist features a solid alder body and an HSS pickup configuration, with a powerful Seymour Duncan JB™ TB-4 humbucker at the bridge and a Custom Flat Strat® SSL-6 single-coil in both the middle and neck position, guaranteeing broad-range, variable tone. Thanks to the Floyd Rose 1500 Series double-locking tremolo bridge and the set of Gotoh MG-T locking tuners, the tuning stability and intonation is also fully up to spec.

Pure Playing Comfort

The Soloist SL3 also boasts a neck-through-body construction, where the graphite-reinforced, three-piece maple neck has been shot through the middle of the body to ensure outstanding resonance and satisfyingly long sustain. Add that to the masses of playability offered by the compound radius of the ebony fretboard and set of twenty-four jumbo frets, and other sweet aesthetic and practical details, like the mirrored Sharkfin position markers and Luminlay side dots, and you've got a super-serious sonic machine on your hands.
