General
The renowned American brand Jackson Guitars was founded in 1980 by Grover Jackson, and has become a household name in the world of modern metal music. Jackson clearly stayed ahead of its time and responded to the latest developments by joining forces with Periphery guitarist Misha Mansoor. The result: the HT7 Juggernaut. This incredibly high-quality guitar is a true example of craftmanship. The Jackson Juggernaut HT7 is a very special guitar that has been designed by professionals with all the love in the world, in order to suit the wishes of serious guitar fans. With its striking Silver Burst Sparkle finish, this model is a true eye-catcher.
Top quality
All of this model's components have been selected by Misha Mansoor himself, as he knows exactly what the perfect guitar should look and sound like. As such, this guitar features Bare Knuckle humbuckers, specifically designed to match the basswood body. Guitars don’t get much more stable than this one, thanks to a longer scale length of 26.5 inches that provides extra tension on the strings. Because the 20-inch fretboard is very flat, techniques like tapping and bending become extremely easy to use. A detuned guitar is a nuisance, but you don't have to worry about that anymore. Thanks to Hipshot locking tuners and a fixed bridge, you're guaranteed optimal tuning stability.
Misha Mansoor
As the founder of progressive metal band Periphery, Misha Mansoor is often considered a pioneer of Djent music. His style is characterised by high gain and heavy palm-muted chords, in combination with complex polyrhythmics and virtuoso solos. Mansoor also works as a producer and songwriter - he co-write the debut album of another Djent sensation, Animals As Leaders. He produces all of Periphery’s material. 2015 marks the ten-year anniversary of the band, looking back on some of the most innovative metal albums of the decade.
