General
The Jackson Pro Soloist SL2 in Satin Red isn't just a sight for sore eyes, it's also a devilishly fast instrument with a Jackson Speed neck. A 12 to 16" compound radius allows for excellent string bending and thanks to a decent Floyd Rose FRT O5000, you can make this guitar squeal without the risk of detuning it. This Pro Soloist boasts the same specifications as the American flagship Jacksons, but at a more affordable price, making it ideal for guitarists with a need for speed.
Jackson Pro Soloist SL2 SRD in Satin Red with piranha teeth
The two 'direct mounted' Seymour Duncan Distortion Mayhem humbuckers on this electric guitar's mahogany body guarantee a tight, rich core sound with plenty of harmonic overtones and defined trebles. A neck-through construction and a graphite-reinforced truss rod, meanwhile, ensure optimal stability and rigidity. Finally, the Jackson Pro Soloist SL2 SRD in Satin Red features tasteful piranha tooth inlays for position markers and a rosewood fretboard with 24 jumbo frets.
Jackson Guitars
The renowned American brand Jackson Guitars was founded by Grover Jackson in 1980 and initially made a name for itself with the V guitar specially built for Randy Rhoads. These days, many famous guitarists play a Jackson guitar. The instruments usually have an elegant shape, a sharp headstock, sharkfin position markers and a powerful sound that's great for metal and hard rock. Jackson's Pro Series generally boasts the same specifications as their hand-made flagship USA Series, but with a more affordable price tag.

This year, Jackson has released an entire new series under the name Monarkh. The Monarkh guitars were inspired by the famous Les Paul, but offer true shredders and metal heads even more options. Tradition meets modern standards!
