The Ernie Ball Music Man Sabre is made to deliver a unmistakable sonic and aesthetic impact. This endlessly versatile stun-gun of a guitar comes with an okoume body topped with a 9.5mm thick slice of carved, flamed maple. This sharp combination cuts an initially snapping tone with masses of warmth and forms the foundation of a highly flexible instrument. The Sabre also comes complete with its very own case.
The Sabre: All Eyes on the Detail
What really defines any excellent guitar is its neck. Here, we're getting an elegant length of specially selected, and then roasted, flamed maple set into the body with five bolts for unrivalled stability. The heel has also been considerately rounded so that each of the 22 frets can be comfortably reached, and since this is a Music Man, the Sabre comes supported by a set of Schaller locking tuners and a Music Man Modern two-point tremolo bridge.
