Schecter Blackjack ATX C-1: construction

The Blackjack follows a tried and tested concept: a solid mahogany body and neck for a full, fat sound. The neck is set into the body and features an Ultra Access heel so your hand won't be obstructed when you want to play solos high up the fretboard. Additionally, the ebony fretboard is a must for those who like a tight sound. What's more, the 24 extra-jumbo frets won't leave you groping in the dark, allowing the perfect surface for rapid playing.

Seymour Duncan Blackout

The two humbuckers on this Schecter are made by the famous Seymour Duncan company. Both at the bridge and at the neck is an active SD Blackout AHB-1, made for aggressive types of music such as old-school metal, punk and thrash, and it's also great for drop tunings. The balanced AHB-1 produces lorry loads of tone (deep bass, powerful trebles) at a very low noise level. Two volume controls, a common tone control and - of course - a three way pickup switch complete this powerhouse. Hook it up to a tube stack and you're ready for an amazing performance!
