General

The Schecter C-1 E/A Classic is a versatile semi-acoustic guitar that allows you to switch effortlessly between powerful electric sounds and rich acoustic tones. The Cat’s Eye model features a mahogany body with a domed top made from flamed maple and a stylish finish. The glued mahogany neck has a comfortable Thin C profile and features a rosewood fingerboard with 24 X-Jumbo frets. Thanks to the 25.5-inch scale length and the 42 mm-wide nut, this C-1 E/A offers a familiar playing experience for both rhythm parts and solo work.

Electric, acoustic and everything in between

For electric tones, this C-1 E/A is fitted with two Schecter Diamond Plus passive humbuckers. These pickups deliver a powerful, full-bodied sound and can be used individually or in combination via the three-way pickup selector switch. The tone control for the magnetic pickups also features a push-pull function. For acoustic-style tones, the guitar is fitted with a Fishman Powerbridge piezo system. Using the three-way output selector, you can choose between the magnetic pickups, the piezo or a combination of both. This puts a wide range of sounds at your fingertips.

Robust hardware and comfortable playability

The bridge consists of a Fishman Powerbridge with piezo pickups and a TonePros T1Z tailpiece. The Grover tuners ensure reliable tuning stability, whilst the chrome-plated hardware completes the classic look of the Cat’s Eye model. The neck is constructed from three-piece mahogany and features an Ultra Access heel design, ensuring the higher frets remain easily accessible. The guitar comes with D’Addario Regular Light NYXL 1046 strings in gauges .010–.046. A matching SCSGR-1C case is available but sold separately.
