Schecter Blackjack SLS C-7 Satin Black 7-String Electric Guitar

If you're into dark looks and a heavy sound to match, then the Schecter Blackjack SLS C-7 is the perfect guitar for you. It's fully cloaked in black and features seven strings so you can grasp the low B for deep, heavy guitar sounds. The Blackjack SLS C-7 is part of Schecter's Slim Line series and as such, it has an ultra-thin neck fitted via an Ultra Access joint and this, combined with the skinny, arched body (1.77") makes it pretty lightweight for even greater comfort for fast, supple playing.

The marvellous arched-top body of this 7-string electric guitar is made of mahogany. It has a three-part maple neck that's set into the body for increased stability and sustain. The neck supports a 24-fret ebony fretboard with a compound radius (12 - 16 inches) for optimal playing comfort for both high and low positions. Additionally, the Blackjack SLS C-7 produces a full, warm and deep tone with tight, clear trebles. What's more, the matte-black body and neck have beautiful, yet subtle black and white bindings.

Hardware and Electronics

The Blackjack SLS C-7 features Schecter's locking tuners for quick string changes and improved tuning stability. Its bridge is a Tonepros tunomatic, which is lockable for more sustain and stability. The two passive humbuckers on this guitar are made by Seymour Duncan. A Full Shred is mounted at the bridge and a '59 near the neck: both are built for everything from blues and country to rock and metal. Moreover, you can switch the humbuckers to function as single coils, for tight and clear twangy tones.
