General

The Schecter C-8 Deluxe is an 8-string electric guitar for guitarists seeking a wide range and a solid foundation for modern music. The body is made from basswood and is combined with a bolt-on maple neck and a rosewood fingerboard. With its Satin Black finish and chrome hardware, this C-8 Deluxe has a understated, modern look. The Thin C-shaped neck provides a relatively slim playing feel, whilst the 24 Narrow X-Jumbo frets offer ample space for both rhythmic and melodic playing.

Powerful Diamond Plus pickups

A Schecter Diamond Plus humbucker is fitted at both the bridge and neck positions. These passive pickups deliver a powerful, full-bodied tone that complements the longer scale length and extended range of an 8-string guitar. The Tune-O-Matic bridge with String-Thru-Body design contributes to a direct string response and provides a solid foundation for precise playing. The Schecter tuners are designed for stable tuning, whilst the included Ernie Ball Regular Slinky 8 #2629 string set is suitable for the eight strings.

Long scale length for eight strings

With a scale length of 28 inches (711 mm), the C-8 Deluxe is designed with the extended range of eight strings in mind. The 54 mm wide nut provides ample space between the strings. The guitar features chrome hardware and comes as standard without a case. The Schecter SCSGR-UNIV1 case is available separately for protection. Model 440 is the right-handed C-8 Deluxe in Satin Black.

Bax Music Warranty This product comes with a 3-year warranty.
