General

The Schecter Demon-7 is a 7-string electric guitar for guitarists looking for a powerful sound and a distinctive look. The basswood body features a Crimson Red Burst finish and is paired with Black Chrome hardware and distinctive Gothic Cross inlays. The bolt-on maple neck has a comfortable Thin C profile and features a wenge fingerboard with 24 X-Jumbo frets. Thanks to its 26.5-inch scale length, the Demon-7 has a longer string length than a standard electric guitar, providing extra string tension and making it ideal for lower tunings and playing the seventh string.

Active Schecter humbuckers

The Demon-7 is fitted with two Schecter Diamond Active HB-105S humbuckers, one in the bridge position and one in the neck position. These active pickups deliver a powerful, direct output that is particularly well-suited to heavy music styles such as metal and hard rock. The tone can be easily adjusted to suit your playing style using the volume control, tone control and 3-way switch. The Tune-O-Matic bridge with string-through-body construction ensures stable string anchoring and a direct response. The combination of active humbuckers, a 7-string configuration and a fixed bridge makes this guitar ideal for riffs, powerful chords and modern lead parts.

Comfort and a dark aesthetic

As well as its powerful electronics, the Demon-7 stands out for its dark, distinctive design. The Black Chrome hardware and Gothic Cross inlays blend seamlessly with the Crimson Red Burst finish. The 48 mm wide nut provides ample space for the seven strings, whilst the Thin C neck sits comfortably in the hand. The guitar comes fitted with Ernie Ball Regular Slinky 7 #2621 strings in .010–.056 gauge. A matching Schecter SCSGR-1C case is not included but can be purchased separately.
