With this T3 New Gen, you have an upgraded version of the affordable Larry Carlton T3 electric TE-style guitar in your hands at still a fine price. Also on this one, the body is made of mahogany for a warm, almost woody basic sound, the bolt-on neck is made of strong maple and is completed with a dark rosewood fingerboard for an extra accent in the highs that are not finely rounded. The guitar neck lies familiar and easy in the hand due to its C-profile and this combined with the 22 medium jumbo plus the slightly flatter 9.5-inch fingerboard radius make this Sire TE solidbody play away just a little smoother.

Thanks to the rounded Edgeless fingerboard edges, there are no sharp edges and you can play your favourite licks and chords for a long time. To give you that familiar palette of amplified guitar sounds, this Larry Carlton T3 New Gen features a specially designed Standard-T Pickup Set with 2 singlecoil pickups and the familiar layout in terms of controls. These alnico magnet-based pickups give you a fine spectrum of single-coil sounds that come out just a little warmer and nicely vintage with extra dynamic expression and lively, rich overtones. The fixed Standard T-Bridge with its 6 block saddles ensures better intonation together with the solid oil-bath tuners for stable tuning.
