Squier's' Classic Vibe 70s Telecaster Custom is an attractively-priced version of the legendary model that first appeared decades ago. It has an authentic look thanks to the body's polyurethane finish and the neck's vintage tint lacquer. It feels just like the original '70s model too. The neck has a C profile, the fretboard radius measures 9.5 inches and there are 21 narrow, tall frets. Of course, all that would mean nothing without the right sound. Fortunately, this Telecaster Custom is equipped with a Fender Designed Alnico single-coil pickup at the bridge for that classic Tele twang, while a Fender Wide Range humbucker in the neck position gives you plenty of power for playing rock riffs and blues licks.
