The Squier Sonic Stratocaster is the perfect electric guitar for beginners. It has a slim-and-lightweight poplar solid-body that's been loaded with three passive single-coil pickups and a 5-way pickup switch for toggling through a vast range of familiar sounds. From pure cleans to lush leads, this affordable Strat can do it all.
The Sonic Stratocaster: Great Playability
Squier have equipped the Sonic Stratocaster with a satin-gloss-lacquered maple neck to make sure you're still sliding smoothly along the entire length at the end of a long playing session. Not only that, the modern C-profile of the neck combines with a relatively narrow 42mm nut and a round, 9.5-inch fretboard radius so you can count on satisfying playability. Putting the cherry on top, Squier have finished the guitar with a tremolo bridge so you can add vibrato effects to your sound.
