The Sterling By Music Man JP60 is a more attractively-priced version of the original Ernie Ball Music Man JP6 John Petrucci signature electric guitar. It has a lightweight basswood body with a 'forearm scoop' that helps your hand fall naturally over the tremolo bridge resulting in less fatigue when playing. The flat 16-inch fretboard radius is another feature that enhances this model's playing comfort.

JP60: other features

If you're on stage as much as John Petrucci, changing strings is probably something you do regularly and the locking machine heads on this model make that much easier. Two passive humbuckers are responsible for delivering a wide range of sounds to your amp and give you everything from a warm clean tone to ones that are perfect for tight rhythm playing or serious solos.
