VOX Mark III Teardrop Seafoam electric guitar

General

Anyone who loves electric guitars with unique designs definitely needs to get their hands on the famous VOX Teardrop! The new and improved version of the old Teardrop model is the Mark III, brought out by VOX so you could get this pearl for yourself at a bargain. This particular model features a fun Seafoam green finish and comes with a gig bag.

The Mark III: a Teardrop classic

Within the teardrop body lay bright, classic sounds just waiting to come out of the three single-coil pickups. To bring them to life, you just have to use the 5-way pickup switch, and you can add mild vibrato effects with the vintage tremolo bridge. You'll quickly find that this rugged, versatile electric guitar is great for a wide variety of music styles from blues and rock to country and funk - it's no wonder it's stolen the hearts of collectors and musicians alike.

VOX Teardrop and Phantom

The unique design of the VOX Teardrop and Phantom guitars dates back to the early sixties and still captures the imagination today. It's no wonder that second-hand models sold for high prices in the long period that VOX wasn't producing these electric guitars. However, lucky for you, some time ago they came out with the comparable Apache series, and not long after that VOX brought out the Mark III and the Mark V, due to popular demand.
