General

Designed to make restrings and tune-ups as quick-and-simple as possible, these D'Addario Auto-Trim tuners were developed with the help of inventor Ned Steinberger and will cut off the excess string length for you. Simply route your new string through the hole and lock it in place with the individual string clamp before tuning up with maximum accuracy courtesy of the 18:1 ratio. Once the string is up to tension, it's auto-trimmed by a built-in mechanism. Check out the included video to see how it works with your own eyes. D'Addario's Auto-Trim tuners are available in various models, this is the black 6-in-line set.
