General

Having been subjected to Cort's special ATV (aged to vintage) process, the Gold A8 sounds like a fully played-in guitar. This grand auditorium model has also been equipped with a preamp so you can plug in on stage, giving you the best of both worlds.

Full Tonal Control

As far as the build and materials go, the Cort Gold A8 features a master-grade solid Sitka spruce soundboard that's supported by a solid pau ferro back and sides. Add to that the mahogany neck and ebony fretboard, and you're looking at a recipe for a balanced foundation sound that can be dialled in to taste via the Fishman Flex Blend System, which hands you full tonal control via volume, tone, phasing and blend pots.
