General

The Ibanez V-Series V40CE is an affordable, entry-level electro-acoustic guitar that comes with a dreadnought-sized resonance chamber made of meranti and spruce. This, in combination with the set-in meranti neck and nandu fretboard results in a rich acoustic core sound, while the open finish contributes to the guitar's satisfying look and feel. Ibanez have mounted an AEQ-2T preamp and undersaddle pickup to make sure the acoustic sound is amplified in full and can be dialled in to taste with volume, bass and treble controls, and the V40CE even features a built-in tuner so you can easily tune it up before you start playing your favourite songs.
