The body with elegant contours and the unique sound holes on the bass side give this model a recognisable look and a special sound. The A-grade spruce top and innovative internal construction ensure a clear, balanced sound that effortlessly fills any room. And if acoustic isn't enough, simply plug the Ovation Elite TX Mid Cutaway into an amplifier thanks to the built-in element with preamp.

Playing comfort and versatility

With a comfortable, ergonomically shaped 'roundback' body made of Lyrachord and a neck that fits smoothly in the hand, this guitar invites you to long playing sessions. Thanks to the integrated pickup and preamp, you have full control over your sound, including a handy tuner and EQ controls. The 1778TX-5-G has a subtle yet striking look, plus the premium tone and versatility you expect from Ovation guitars!
