Sheeran by Lowden present the W05: an impressive electro-acoustic guitar that sounds as rich as the history of the wood its made of. This Ed Sheeran-approved model has been built in Northern Ireland and features a solid soundboard made from reclaimed redwood, aka sequoia, and a back and sides that have been carved out of Indian rosewood, resulting in a warm-and-complex acoustic sound. This guitar comes complete with its own Sheeran gig bag.
L.R. Baggs Element VTC Electronics
Featuring a built-in L.R. Baggs Element VTC preamp and pickup system, the Sheeran by Lowden W05 is a great pick for singer-songwriters who want to have the option to plug the guitar into an amp or audio interface. The volume and tone controls have been neatly tucked away in the soundhole to leave the tonewood of the body fully intact, while the armrest contour and relatively wide, 43.5mm nut grant fingerpickers the comfort needed to pluck the strings with smooth ease.

Le manche nécessite une petite adaptation du fait de sa taille. L’action est trop haute à mon goût, je ferait régler la guitare chez un luthier.
Je trouve également que le tirant est un peu trop gros.
La housse n’est pas adaptée au format, j’ai dû ajouter des mousses pour éviter que la guitare se promène.
