General

The Sigma DTC-28HE is a versatile electro-acoustic guitar equipped with a solid Sitka spruce top and a back and sides made of basswood for a rich sound composed of prominent mids and rounded trebles, no matter whether you play it with a plectrum or your fingers. At the same time, the D-14 Fret-style body combines with a cutaway, providing easier access to the higher frets.

The DTC-28HE: Fishman Electronics

Sigma has outfitted the DTC-28HE with a piezo pickup and a Fishman Presys+ preamp, setting players up with volume, bass, middle, treble, notch, brilliance and phase controls — in other words; everything you need to perfect the sound, including a built-in tuner. The finishing touches include a classic headstock, herringbone purfling and a tortoise-style pickguard.
