General

Yamaha have added their classic FG guitar shape t their unique TransAcoustic range. The FG-TA also offers you the option to use chorus and reverb without the need for external effects devices. The built-in actuator vibrates along while you're playing so the effects are audible whether the guitar is amplified or not. Hold down the volume control to activate the TA switch so you can turn the effects on and off. Tweak the reverb and chorus levels with great accuracy using the two controls in front.

FG-TA: scalloped bracing, power and end-pin jack

Yamaha achieves an acoustic sound with more bass and mid tones thanks to the improved scalloped bracing and solid spruce top. The TransAcoustic FG steel-string has nato back and sides and a rosewood bridge and fretboard for those unmistakable tonal accents. When you need to replace the AA batteries for the System70 preamp, you'll find the compartment behind the back strap button, which also functions as a mono jack output for your instrument cable.

excellente guitare, Yamaha encore une fois au top de l'innovation, l'effet chorus et la reverbe sont bluffant, même sans, la guitare "sonne" bien, la couleur vintage est sympa et le vernis est superbe, bref rien à redire pour le tarif, pour avoir aussi une Martin, la Yamaha n'a rien à lui envier, bien au contraire !
