General

In addition to the widely acclaimed luxury high-end guitars by luthier Michel LAG Chavarria, LAG guitars also produce electro-acoustic models like the T80DCE which offer good quality at an affordable price. Just like the classical and steel-string models from the Tramontane series, everyone from beginners to advanced players will appreciate the playing experience this acoustic guitar offers. It has a black graphite string nut and bridge saddle.

Tramontane T80DCE: Sitka, Khaya and sound

The back and sides of this LAG Tramontane steel-string electro-acoustic guitar are made of tropical Khaya wood with a solid Sitka spruce top. The entire body has been given a high-gloss finish. The set-in neck is also made of Khaya and has a satin-gloss finish. The fretboard and bridge are both made of rosewood. Together, the wood types combine to produce a well-balanced, sparkling acoustic sound with a beautifully rounded bite.

Studio LAG Plus preamplifier

For amplification, the T80DCE has been equipped with a Studio LAG Plus preamplifier and a piezo pickup. The controls allow you to adjust the volume and the tone quickly and easily. Five analogue presets give you quick access to various guitar sounds. Among the options are a high output clean, a mid-tone sound, mid cut, defined bright and sweet jazzy sound.
