General

The Guild M-240E is the smallest arched-back model in the Westerly series. This concert-sized electro-acoustic guitar has a solid sitka spruce top and the rest of the body is made of mahogany. Its arched back gives it better sound projection and this great-looking electro-acoustic also comes with a case included.

The Guild M-240E Natural Westerly

The M-240E has a scale length of 24.75 inches and it's a model that's comfortable to play. The body produces a surprisingly loud sound for its size with well-defined trebles, balanced mids and prominent lows. This electro-acoustic also has an AP-1 preamplifier on board which means you can plug it into an amplifier too.

The Guild Westerly Collection

Guild have been building high-quality instruments since 1953 and their acoustic guitars hark back to earlier, vintage models. Each of the steel-string guitars in their Westerly series feature solid woods and are equipped with a number of tasteful, luxurious details. What's more, the headstock is adorned with a traditional pearloid Guild emblem inlay and all of the guitars feature a faux-tortoiseshell pickguard. The Westerly series offers top-quality acoustic guitars at an attractive price and each guitar comes with a compatible Guild Polyfoam case.

Great wee guitar, very easy to play which makes it great for writing and practice. Sounds lovely with flatwounds on. Sometimes a little honky sounding, doesn't have a great low end due to its size.

Had een groter model gitaar waarop ik aan het leren ben doch heb ook niet de langste vingers en ben bij Bax te rade gegaan. Er is dan deze oplossing uit de bus gekomen. Even wennen, maar de kleinere body werkt goed voor mij. Makkelijk bespeelbaar en voordeel, kan ook aangesloten worden op versterker.
Prima oplossing voor mij !

Prachtig geluid, heel eenvoudig te bespelen .Iets kleiner model handig als je niet al te lange vingers hebt en kortere armen:)
