Spelen licht en klinken op zich prima. Wat wel opvalt is dat ze veel minder lang mooi helder klinken dan snaren van andere merken (Martin, d'Addario). Dit was wat mij betreft een experiment, maar ik ga weer terug naar een ander merk.
Ik gebruik al jaren de Slinky snaren van Ernie Ball voor mijn elektrische gitaren, en die gaan lang mee. Het verbaast me daarom ook dat deze zo snel achteruit gaan.

deze snaren gekocht om te proberen hoe deze klinken, ik gebruik Ernie Ball's altijd voor mijn elektrische gitaren. Voor akoestisch niet bevallen, in hele korte tijd roestplekken op de snaar, en na een repetitie en een optreden konden de snaren alweer vervangen worden. Het kleine beetje klank wat hierin zat was wel leuk maar ook niet geweldig, voor het geld niet echt iets wat voor mij geschikt is.

Zeer goeie snaren, ik speelde altijd op Martin of D'addario snaren tot ik deze aanschafte puur op het uiterlijk van de verpakking. Eenmaal op mijn Crafter gezet klonken ze prachtig en vol. Vaak heb ik als ik nieuwe snaren heb een 'ijzerige' tone. Daar hadden deze totaal geen last van. Ook ontstemde ze eigenlijk bijna niet.
Het benden van de snaren is door de dikte wel wat lastiger.
Verder hebben ze een lange levensduur. Na een flink aantal uren in de oefenruimte of op het podium tonen ze nog geen tekens van veroudering.
Ik koop geen andere snaren meer.
