General

For years, Takamine have been making the most beautiful guitars for ambitious guitarists, including this Takamine P5DC. This guitar has a dreadnought body that owes its direct response and powerful sound to the solid top and back. The solid rosewood back gives this guitar its warm, complex tonality and thanks to the addition of a spruce top, the trebles are especially well-defined. The P5DC is perfect for the stage as it features a built-in CTP3 Cool Tube preamp system with a Palathetic under-saddle pickup for amplification. The CTP-3 has a 3-band EQ and an AUX IN. A beautiful-looking, robust case is included.
