A serious upgrade for the standard trigger-based hi-hat that comes with the Fazley DDK-008 MKII e-drum kit, the Fazley DDK-120 hi-hat has a mechanical setup, just like any regular acoustic hi-hat. This cymbal pad features three triggers, supports more expressive playability and, rather than depending on the trigger response, the hat also reacts to the pedal, resulting in a more realistic hi-hat sound.

Wrote the following about Fazley DDK-008 MKII Mechanical Hi-Hat for DD-K120

Deze hi-hat gekocht voor mijn Roland DT-11 en dat werkt prima. hi-hat kabel op de bovenste bekken en de trigger kabel op de onderste en werkte gelijk. Maakt wel veel geluid bij het dicht trappen van de hi-hat maar een klein rubber blokje er tussen en dat is opgelost. Voor deze prijs een hele goede hi-hat.

Ik heb deze hi-hat gekocht als upgrade voor mijn Roland TD-6V (ouder model) aangezien roland hi-hats onwijs duur zijn. Help desk gemaild, maar die wisten niet zeker of de hi-hat zal doen. Wel hadden ze geadviseerd de ''Roland V-Drums kabel recht / haaks 2m'' erbij te kopen.

Het was binnen een dag binnen en ja hoor hij doet het prima! De kwaliteit van de bekken zelf is wel goedkoop. Dat merk je aan de plastic en de randen. Maar voor deze prijs als nog een koopje en goedkoop manier voor een upgrade. Durf niet te zeggen of het dus bij de nieuwere modellen zal werken maar voor mij werkte het prima :)
