General
The Alesis Turbo Mesh Kit is an electronic drum kit that's perfect for beginners. It has mesh drumheads that have an excellent rebound giving you the same feel as playing acoustic drums. The kit consist of a bass drum controller, a hi-hat controller, 3 toms, a snare, a hi-hat, a crash and a ride cymbal as well as the Turbo Kit module. An aluminium rack is included too. The module has more than 100 built-in sounds divided into 10 drum kits and everything is easily selected using the simple control layout. You even get a set of drumsticks, so the only other things you'll need are a drum stool and a set of headphones, or a suitable amplifier or speakers.
Improve your drumming skills
The module has a handy coaching function with 5 programs that will help you improve your timing and pattern playing. The display gives you guidance on your performance as does the LED lighting on the module's 6 buttons. There's also a built-in metronome with adjustable time signatures or you could play along with one of the 30 play-along tracks. You can also connect a device of your own via the aux input and play along with your own favourite tracks.
Connectors
The aux input can be found on the back of the module along with a headphone socket and two line outputs so that you can connect external speakers. The Alesis Turbo Mesh Kit can even be connected to a computer via its USB port that supports MIDI.

De mesh kids doen zeker niet onder voor een akoestisch drumstel, en de module is ook uitstekend.
Aangezien ik in een flat woon zijn mijn buren ook heel blij met dit drumstel.
Het drumstel doet uitstekend zijn werk en ik raad dan ook de drummers onder ons deze kit aan te schaffen en zeker voor deze prijs om met een goede koptelefoon lekker te keer te gaan.
Ik raad deze kit niet alleen aan beginners aan maar ook aan gevorderde drummers want het is gewoon lekker drummen!!!!

Zeer stabiel en de meshheads zorgen voor een natuurlijke aanslag.
Met 10 drumkits is de module wel beperkt, en je kan dan ook geen volumes per tom regelen... maar al bij al is dit een zeer kwaliteitsvolle set voor toch wel heel weinig geld, en niets houd je tegen om later een andere module aan te schaffen en dan kan je lekker uitbreiden naar keus... superkoop!
