Complete drum kit for an excellent playing experience
The TD-11K offers all the components you would expect from a regular setup: a bass drum, a snare and 3 toms. A hi-hat and two cymbals are also included. The sound module is not only equipped with SuperNATURAL technology, but features Behavior Modelling technology as well, which accurately converts your hits into digital signals. Whether you hit the pads very softly or extremely hard, this V-Drummer responds in the same way as an acoustic drum kit. The rugged MDS-4V drum rack ensures that everything stays securely in place while you are playing.
Versatile TD-11 drum module
The TD-11 sound module has a simple but clear interface. The module is equipped with modern technology and features a USB port and MIDI functionality. As such, it is possible to add you own sounds to the library of the TD-11. You can also use the drum kit for studio production purposes, as the module can be effortlessly connected via MIDI. The drum module features a metronome and a COACH function that allows you to train your drumming skills.
- Please note: as the selection of a bass drum pedal is highly dependent on your own personal preferences, it is not included with this drum kit.

Na wikken en wegen terecht gekomen op de TD11K en nog geen enkele dag spijt van.
Het opbouwen was voor een groentje op drum gebied met het volgen van de handleiding goed uit te voeren en het drumrack is erg stevig en is instelbaar naar de hoeveelheid ruimte die je hebt.
De computer is makkelijk te bedienen, het boekje heb ik eerlijk gezegd nog niet open gehad.
De computer staat in verbinding via USB met mijn computer, de bijgeleverde CD met daarop de drivers is niet geschikt voor Windows 10. Maar een korte zoektocht op de website van Roland leverde mij al gauw de juiste drivers op.
De installatie was vrij simpel en zonder gedoe, het voordeel is dat je een output en input dan hebt naar je pc toe waardoor je makkelijk je spel kan opnemen en muziek kan doorzetten naar de drums om op mee te spelen.
Al met al voor een beginner een ideaal drumstel en ik hoop nog lang plezier te hebben van de kit.

Het opbouwen voelde voor ons vanzelfsprekend, dus daarop heb ik weinig aan te merken; prima!
De mesh snare voelt zeer fijn en is absoluut een verbetering over de rubberen pad op een eenvoudigere kit.
De toms en cymbals zijn niet uitzonderlijk maar vervullen hun functie prima, dus binnen deze prijsklasse is het wat men zou verwachten.
Het drumbrein zelf is zeer intuitief te bedienen en we weten alles te vinden ondanks dat we nog nooit het boekje opengeslagen hebben.
Sensitiviteit voelt prima en is wederom aanpasbaar aan persoonlijke smaak. In ons geval hebben we geen last van crosstalk problemen.
Over de ingebouwde sounds moet ik echter zeggen: gebruik liever computer software als U iets realistisch wilt. Ingebouwde sounds komen naar mijn mening gewoonweg niet in de buurt van zelfs de eenvoudigste drum samples.

Thursday 3 March 2016We already know the Roland TD-11K and the slightly more elaborate TD-11KV, but now, Roland has announced a new member in the V-Drum family: the TD-11KV Special Edition. This electronic drum kit basically fills the gap between the TD-11 series and the TD-25K. It's a great kit for gigging, rehearsing and recording.
