Based on the Efnote 7 but bringing all the extras, the Efnote 7X E-drum kit features an extra tom, an exclusive five-piece cymbal pack and a full-sized and fully-authentic-feeling five-piece shell set. What makes the Efnote 7X so special? That would be the extra floor tom and the addition of the world's first ever stackable electronic cymbals: the STAK FX. On top of that, this kit comes fully decked out to support training sessions and recording sessions as well as gigs, and boasts genuine oak drum shells, each wrapped in an effortlessly cool black finish.

The Efnote 7X: Full-Sized Configuration

The shells and cymbals all follow the same format as a standard acoustic kit so the playability is near-indistinguishable from 'the real thing', and thanks to the unique 360° multi-sensor flat sensing, the real-feel cymbals are just as responsive as genuine slices of bronze and have even been given Efnote's own textured finish - convincingly mimicking a hammered surface. This kit comes with a 17 inch FX cymbal, a 20 inch ride, a 14 inch hi-hat, 15 inch crash and an 8 inch splash that can be mounted onto the FX STAX to complete the stack. When it comes to the shells, you're getting a 20 inch kick, a 14 inch snare, an 11 inch tom, and a 13 inch and 5 inch floor tom - each pre-fitted with dual-ply mesh heads.

The Efnote EFD-7X Module

The nerve centre of the 7X is encased in a slick metal chassis with an aluminium finish and inside, a high-quality headphone amplifier makes sure you get the very best performance out of your studio headphones. A stack of twenty preset kits, each built from samples of vintage drum kits that have been exclusively re-recorded and remastered for the 7 and 7X models is provided, and another impressive upgrade is the layered attack and eKick elements, which result in a far richer listening experience, while the multi-sensor design captures every quirk and intention of the drummer to shape an even broader dynamic range. Tru-Aco technology boosts the realistic flavour of the cymbals and drums to deepen the illusion even further, and to finish, the already extensive EFD-7X module comes with an eight-channel USB interface onboard to support detailed, professional recordings.
