General
The Erica Synths Black 3109 VCF/VCA is a lowpass filter with built-in VCA in eurorack format. It is designed around the AS3109 chip: a modern variant of the IR3109 found in some beloved vintage Roland synthesisers. However, this one had some problems and that's where Erica Synths' ingenious designs come in. Thanks to the integrated VCA, this module is nice and versatile: no wasted space in your Eurorack cabinet. The filter frequency has 1V/oct control, so perfect keyboard tracking is no problem.
