General
The Symphony I/O MKII 24x24 by Apogee has full support of SoundGrid systems and offers all the connections you could possibly need in your studio! Via the 7x DSUB 25-pin connectors on the rear panel, you'll receive access to the Symphony's built-in preamps and analogue inputs and outputs. Furthermore, there are ADAT, SMUX, S/PDIF, COAX and AES/EBU digital connections located on the rear, too. If you work with Waves plugins, you'll probably also work with the SoundGrid server, which drives the Waves plugins and relieves your computer so you have more power left over for mixing and mastering. Collaborating via this system is ideal; simply install the SoundGrid driver on the host PC, log in to the network, and you're good to go!
