The MX-1IO features both a microphone and a line/instrument input, as well as two monitor outputs. There's even a speaker output for your PC on this tiny but powerful device and its bright LED display clearly displays the input signal at all times. The build quality can be considered impressive with a metal housing that looks and feels solid. Phantom power is available for your favourite condenser mic and the front panel sports a stereo AUX input so you can use your media device or smartphone as a sound source. Basically, this reasonably-priced, super-compact audio interface is a true all-rounder, even if it's only got two inputs!
