General

The Roland GO:MIXER audio mixer for smartphone (compatible with iOS and Android) is a practical device that you never knew you needed. It's a mixer with lots of inputs, but it still fits in the palm of your hand! It has a stereo synth input (two jack inputs) and you can hook up two media players via the mini jack connections; one of which has centre-cancellation, a.k.a karaoke! Simply plug in a mic to the jack input and sing your heart out! You can also plug in an electric guitar or bass. The GO:MIXER enables you to fine-tune the levels of all your audio sources, and send the mix via USB to the monitor output.

Werkt prima, echt vind ik hem wel erg prijzig, zeker gezien het feit dat hij je telefoon niet oplaadt tijdens het gebruik. Ben benieuwd hoe lang ik achter elkaar kan streamen...

Wrote the following about Roland GO:MIXER audio mixer for smartphones

Na ontvangst aangesloten op mijn Huawei P7 (android 5.1.1) en het power lampje begon meteen te branden. Toen een shure microfoon erop aangesloten en dat werkte niet. Dus maar teruggestuurd. Later las ik ergens (niet op deze site) dat Android 6 of 7 vereist waren en een usb type B. Omdat we ook een Huawei P8 (android 6) in huis hebben, het apparaat toch maar weer besteld. Maar helaas, wat voor instelling ik ook verander; geen powerlampje wat gaat branden.
Weer terug naar de P7 met USB type A kwam ik erachter dat mijn gitaar met voorversterker wel goed doorkwam. Het euvel is dus de stroom voorziening! Vervolgens een draadloze microfoon aangesloten en die werkt dus wel (heeft eigen stroomvoorziening.
kortom; Huawei P7 (android 5.1.1) werkt met voorversterking, Huawei P8 (android 6) werkt niet.
De P9 test ik binnenkort uit.
