The IK Multimedia iRig Pre 2 follows up on the popular original iRig Pre. Featuring a TRRS input, an XLR input and built-in phantom power, this iOS/Android-focussed preamp/audio interface is designed for roaming musicians and content creators. This nifty little bit of kit can even be connected to a DSLR camera via the 3.5mm mini-jack port. It has a soft-touch finish and comes equipped with a headphone output, an input gain control, and direct-monitoring support, where you have the option to monitor in real-time using any app or device. While the first-gen iRig Pre ran on a 9V battery, this upgraded model runs on two AA batteries, giving you up to twenty hours of battery life.

Jaren lang heb ik naar tevredenheid de Irig pre gebruikt voor zang via een I-pad.. Helaas heb ik die kapot laten vallen. Daarom de Irig pre 2 gekocht. Een grote teleurstelling, het ding galmt, piept en kraakt, muziek nog zang is goed te krijgen. Heb de Irig na een week waarin ik van alles geprobeerd heb terug gestuurd.

Pour le prix, ça fait le taf. La portabilité, l'autonomie plus que correcte (sans 48V), la comptabilité Android, sont tout ce que je cherchais. Connecté sur mon tél, reconnu direct avec l'appli que j'utilise pour m'enregistrer (Dolby On), pour des maquettes de chant, pour des morceaux plutôt rock. Laissez tomber l'appli indiqué IRig Recorder, le son est bien meilleur avec Dolby On.. Par contre, le gain est un peu limite, il faut pousser le curseur du gain assez fort (pour le micro Rode M1 que j'utilise), et donc ça génère quand même du bruit (grandement atténuable avec l'appli Dolby On). Donc à conseiller peut-être avec des micros avec une plus grande sensibilité.. Mais sinon, bon rapport qualité/portabilité/prix !

Gebruiksvriendelijk toestelletje met goede opname kwaliteit.
Heel jammer dat er na enkele keren te gebruiken een kraaktoon op de opnames zit.
Vermoedelijk zit dit in de kabel waarmee je het toestel aansluit op je device.
Tevens zit dit kabeltje vast aan het toestel dus het kan niet worden vervangen. Jammer!
Dus dan kijken we maar voor een andere interface...
